Dr. Isabel Millán recently published the picture book Chabelita’s Heart/El corazón de Chabelita.

The book is written in English and in Spanish. It is briefly described as follows: “with the support of her loving Chicanx family, a girl named Chabelita discovers it’s okay to like other girls”.

A virtual book release party is scheduled for next Friday, March 25th, 2022 from 3:00 – 4:00 pm.
